Service Description

Spark an interest in engineering and STEM for your 3rd - 5th grader! Join us for a four-week series of STEAM workshops to introduce your future engineer to mechanical, aeronautical and electrical engineering! These fun, hands-on projects will get your student excited about STEAM! The four projects will include: Hydraulic Bridge - Students will build a functioning draw bridge using a hydraulic system. Battery Powered Car - Students will build a simple car with a motor, switch and pulley system. The car is powered by a AA battery. Balsa Wood Glider - Students will design and build a balsa wood glider with launcher to fly for distance. Rube Goldberg Machine - Students will design and build a machine out of household items to create a chain reaction to accomplish a simple task.
